Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band dependent out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), along with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
